Upon account creation as a wholesale customer you will be able to view our wholesale pricing, shop our products, and place orders directly from our website. Bulk order pricing is listed under each product.

Retail Pricing
Products purchased are required to be sold at suggested retail. Products may be discounted by 30%, any larger discount must have prior written approval. If products are discounted more than 30% and did not receive prior written approval will be banned from purchasing Pea River Candle Company products and all accounts will be disconnected without notice.
Zip Code Protection
All wholesale customers will be automatically enrolled in our zip code protection program. Our zip code protection will protect up to two locations per zip code for 90 days after each order. After 90 days we will contact you or your locations three times for a restock via phone, text or email. If there is not an order placed within 10 days of your zip code expiration we will contact the next in line.
Exemptions: casino gift shops, gas stations, and visitor centers, or white label retailers.
Online Sales
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops with a website. Online businesses must email information about your website to contact@pearivercandlecompany.com.
Payments
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and Venmo, and PayPal. Arrangements can be made to pay by check with an established relationship. Bounced check fee is $60, 30 day late payment fee is $25. A $25 late fee will be added every 30 days that the invoice is left unpaid. If a customer is past due more than 30 days the customers account will be disabled, zip code protection will be dissolved & we will contact the next in line.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of shipping. Products will not ship until shipping is paid. We ship out orders within 15 business days.
Returns
No returns or exchanges for wholesale. If a customer has a defective product, please contact us for a replacement.
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact our customer service team at contact@pearivercandlecompany.com via email within 5 days of receiving a damaged shipment. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
Social Selling
Social selling on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is strictly prohibited. Any retailer selling Pea River Candle Company products on the above platforms will be permanently locked out of their account.
Private Label
Custom Private Label Soy Candles with your own branding is available with minimum first orders. With your private label you will be able to fully customize your vessel according to your brand. Boxes are available with an additional fee. More information can be found here.
